These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website and any purchases made from Trippy Little Lotus. By accessing this site or purchasing artwork, you agree to these Terms.

1. Intellectual Property & Copyright

All artwork, designs, images, graphics, digital files, logos, and content displayed on this website are the exclusive property of Trippy Little Lotus and are protected under United States copyright law.

Purchase of any artwork — including original pieces, prints, or digital downloads — does not transfer copyright ownership.

You may not:

Reproduce, copy, scan, photograph, or distribute artwork
Resell artwork or prints
Use artwork for commercial purposes
Alter or create derivative works
Use artwork for NFTs, blockchain projects, or AI training
Claim artwork as your own

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

2. Originals

Original artwork is one-of-a-kind. Minor imperfections may exist as part of the handmade nature of the piece.

Once shipped, risk of loss transfers to the buyer.

3. Prints

Print colors may vary slightly due to monitor differences and printing processes. Such variations are not considered defects.

4. Digital Downloads

All digital purchases are:

Delivered electronically
Non-refundable
Licensed for personal use only

You may print digital downloads for personal display, but you may not:

Share without crediting the artist, trippy little lotus / kayla c.
Resell the file
Use it for commercial reproduction
Upload it to print-on-demand services

5. Payments

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

Full payment is required before shipment or delivery of digital goods. We reserve the right to cancel any order for suspected fraud or unauthorized activity.

New York sales tax will be collected when required by law.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Processing times are listed on product pages.

Trippy Little Lotus is not responsible for:

Carrier delays
Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
Incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers

Customers are responsible for any customs duties or international fees.

7. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final.

Refunds or replacements are only considered if:

The item arrives damaged
You contact us within 7 days of delivery
You provide clear photo evidence

Custom and commissioned artwork is non-refundable.

Digital downloads are non-refundable under any circumstances.

8. Commissions

For commissioned artwork:

A non-refundable deposit (minimum 20%) is required before work begins
Remaining balance must be paid before delivery
Limited revisions may be included at the artist’s discretion
The artist retains copyright unless otherwise agreed in writing

The artist reserves the right to decline any commission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under New York law, Trippy Little Lotus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or purchased products.

All artwork is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

10. Chargebacks & Fraud

Initiating a fraudulent chargeback after receiving artwork or digital goods may result in legal action. We reserve the right to submit evidence of transaction records, delivery confirmation, IP logs, and download confirmation to payment processors and legal authorities.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York State.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of this website constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
